The daughter finished her mid-term finals yesterday at UGA in Athens, and got up early this morning to go visit my folks (her grandparents) in SE Kentucky, spending the night there (tonight) and getting up bright and early Saturday morning to make her way up to Northeast, PA.
Looks like the majority of her trip will be right on the dividing line of little accumulation to 2-4 inches. I worry about her, but have given her a heads-up on what to expect and winter-weather driving procedures.
Looking forward to having her home tomorrow evening, safe and sound. Her presence will be welcomed after a very difficult past few days with all that we endured with putting our dog down.
It'll be great to have her home for a few weeks!
1-2 inches expected here tomorrow in Northeast, PA. Alas - winter is here.
And I still haven't gotten our Christmas tree up! Maybe tomorrow....
