Turkey was a success. For the first time, ever, I made Thanksgiving dinner. Granted, it was just us 5, but I know the wifey appreciated it.
We had a 10lb turkey, mashed potatoes (red with cream cheese and sausage), deviled eggs, corn, pumpkin pie, and a "pudding pie" I made with 2 boxes of sugar free pudding and 16oz of full cream! My very own low carb Thanksgiving dinner!
Oh, yeah, can't forget that gravy made with sausage drippings, turkey broth, bacon grease, and half&half!
