Would have jumped on that had I seen it. Most LST's were going for north of $200. Excited to try my M5 today. Supposed to be more fade biased than the Max. Opens way up if you want. Even the first open setting looks way more open then the Max.

Par4QC I'm of the belief that it is no better than the G30,

My wife had a G30 and now a Max and it is night and day as to distance, feel, sound and trajectory.
The G30 is very good, but the Max is special. IMO.

I played with a Snake Bite Cobra clone on Thursday with a UST MP5. I hit it just as far and as straight as the G400, but the PING feels better. At my clubhead speed, I'm not sure any driver is really much better than another.

My research suggests that a golf ball struck with a driver goes farther in the fairway than rough. 🤑

I'm a UST Mamiya shaft fan. Have had several. Love their VTS shafts. I just bought a MP5 based on your experience since I had a VTS break. And they are fairly cheap.

The specs seem fine so I'm sure it'll work. Got the R flex for my ~ 90 mph swing. Will play it on Monday. Will report back. lol

Funny you mention that. Yesterday in our weekly scramble, my drive on our uphill par 5, hole #10, went a little left and caught the cart path. The shot was straight enough that it bounced along the path, up the hill and came to rest just left of the concrete path about 145 yards from the green. Probably covered about 320 yards! I hit a 6h to the green and team made a nice 2-putt birdie. 😂

Sneakylong grrrrr, wish I had known. I have one here that I only played once. It will only play around 45-45.5 and right now that's too short for me. I might get a new one to play longer.

I had mine made to 45 1/4”. It does seem to be more flexible than the VTS Silvers.

It says the butt frequency is 243 cpm’s which is a normal regular. But if they use a 4 inch clam as opposed to 6 inches then it’s a different story.

Won’t know until I put it in play on Monday. I’d rather play a shaft that is on the weak side than one that is too stiff. Too flexible helps me swing with good tempo.

The way I see it with this club is it sets up square to me, COR has been maxed out so what you look for is MOI. This club have forgiveness across the face too.

Some people , like any club, will struggle for some reason but that’s normal.

Someone making that much clubhead speed will hit nearly any good driver that far.

Typhoon Correct, 1 shot. The 1st & only time he ever touched the club. With the DTG $10(now $11) shaft in it.

No plans to sell it, it's like new. I'm not that fond of the gigantic head shape, but I'll be playing it along the way. Unless Jake takes it over.
