It's no difference than the BOM drivers and the DCT design, just slightly shorter insertion than the db455.

I was thinking of rid of several Harrison Mugent blue Prototype shafts and they were in the db455 and one in the DCT, now I would keep these shafts just in case I decided not to pay the green fees this summer and get one of these. LOL. Or switch to muni green fees.

Ball marks looked like above the equator in the pics, was it because the hot spot was high or because the longer and shorter height on the face ?

I hadnt assembled either of those drivers, i bought my BOM already assembled and never got to try the db455. Thanks for the info on that.

My ball marks were mostly due to a rusty swing, and a couple "tee it high" moments because of a helping wind. I had 2 drives that i teed low and played more of a punch to keep it down, one came out pretty well, and the other led to a nice 10 on the par 5 due to tree trouble, finding a creek while punching out, and a 3 putt.

I know Steve has the know how and has been designing excellent driver heads.
If I don't have the other obligations, I'd get one by now. It's not a question of whether it'll play well but whether the newer one will top the old favorite.
I was kidding about the ball marks, Mine used to be a quarter size and now it's all over the entire club face...LOL.
It needs some getting used to with a new club head and new shaft in it. Hope you at least kept the same finished length and swing weight.
I'm bad regarding keeping with the same set up. Even with the interchangeable adjustable hosel adapters, I have 3-5 shafts for each head, at different weight and length.

Steve has said lefty versions should be coming later this year. Hopefully, that happens.

I got the Super Bang-o-Matic driver head that I won in the Masters contest about a week ago.

Sorry for the late reply, but work is crazy right now.

I must say that the head looks so much better than the stock pictures suggest.

I really like the look of it.

I'm a little busy right now with work, but I will get her shafted up and will post a review in the next couple weeks.Still thinking about shafts to try so I don't know that yet.I am expecting good things.It's quite nice.
