So I see my friends posting on social media about their walks/runs. They have maps, distance, "calories burned", average speed, etc.

Is this technology being used by anyone to track walked rounds? With the time change, Im planning to start walking 9 after work a few nights a week. I'd like to know some of this type of information. What suggestions would anyone have for an appropriate, quality product?

    Depends on how much money you want to spend. You can get the lowest model of fit bit that will track your steps. If you have an iphone, get an Apple watch and use a fitness app. Microsoft watches also.
