Still have a Cobra SZ 3 & 5 wood myself. Best fairway wood I ever owned was the Cobra SZ offset version. It had a lower profile than the standard SZ. The SZ fairway woods have as good or better feel than anything out today. And they came out in 2003.

Well as soon as I wrote down my witb- it changes again lol. I couldn't pass up a deal to get some wishon 870ti and so far after 2 rounds it may be hard to knock them out, even with my beautiful ping s55/recoil prototype combo sitting on the sidelines. Moreover, encouraging results after 1 round with my Ping ketsch heavy putter. My old faithful Scotty Futura has been a good soldier for years but has her time come? Of course what kind ho would I be if I didn't have some driver competition - will the ping G overtake the m1- stay tuned!

Wow, you guys change clubs more often than I change tees or balls.

I play with one guy who could give you a run for your money, with putters. It is rare he makes it an entire week with the same putter. I think he belongs to the Buy a Putter Monthly club and to kick that he is left handed making it all the more challenging.

The Nippon shaft suprisingly suits me in the SZ. Straighter , higher than any fw I've had , although graphite might be longer. I like its' ting sound as well . Haven't seen an offset , low profile one but go looking at Play it again store regularly. Never know what'll come in. Probably pick up a seven and nine if I see them , for cheap. My 5 wood gets beat out often by my idrive 3 hybrid because I play from brumuda v deep rough so often and I think I can dig out from poor lies better with hybrids to at least advance the ball.

Landon, where did you get those Sooolong irons? I played a Sooolong demo 7 iron head many years ago and it was really solid. They discontinued them before I could buy the rest.
