Pretty cool workout, you start at the top and go down then do it in reverse. Mostly just body weight. The KBS ( kettle bell swings ) you can use a dumbbell...53 lbs for men, 35 for women and seniors.

Yup, do this stuff before work everyday. I think a stopped sweating around 7 pm! Today was easier, more weights less cardio. LB, u got new parts, you could fly through this!😃
