My wife and I just celebrated our 34th Saturday evening. Our life together sounds very similar to yours. The main exception is we met at Amdahl Corporation (now Fujitsu) a large mainframe computer company back in the 70's. The rest sounds very familiar. Congratulation on 35 years of marriage.

Congratulations and thank you. It sounds as if we are both very fortunate.
Dating in the workplace is a great way to meet.
Even though we went to the same small university and one of my roommates was a good friend of hers, we did not meet during college. Thankfully! Her focus was studying. Mine was getting through the week for the weekend.
We actually met at a bar when some mutual friends called me and said come have a beer.The rest is history except the next time I saw her she didn't remember me. Hint: She got to the bar before me.

All I bought today was $18 green fee at Pine creek GC Purvis MS. 9 holes of blissful misery. Little old Ping wedge was almost only cooperating tool in bag. It gets lots of practice since I miss most approach shots. Only rained on me twice. Thought rain had gone, when I first arrived,went to first tee. Lightning came by kindo close. Picked up my tee & ball cooled it in clubhouse 30 more minutes until sun was totaly in charge.
My typical snafu game. Lost first ding dang tee ball in Bermuda rough .

But wait...
Couple of happys at 8 &9 (didn't loose any balls in either pond) so I continue hopefully hacking my way along in the 90s.

Oh yea, still playing MG Senior balls I ordered earlier this summer and continue to think that they are a good ball for my geezer game.like feel sound putting distance price. Glad I only lost one today
I planned on ordering them again but
I also want to try a dozen Volvik vivid first and Dicks was out of them

I actually hired her and she worked with me for two years. After I was promoted to another position that took me to another building did we start seeing each other. We both played on our coed softball team at Amdahl. After the games everyone went to the local pizza parlor for beer and pizza. Shortly after that we started dating. The rest is history. My wife doesn't just play golf she is a six time club champion and usually beats my butt on the course. Although I have three holes in one and she only has two. Small victory for me.

Congrats, Steve! There's nothing better than marriage when it's working. My bride and I celebrate 26 years in May. We sound very similar except for the sense of humor part...and she doesn't work...oh, and she hates sports...and doesn't golf...but the rest is amazingly similar! :-)

Well you are much better looking, have a yacht, work a real job and more importantly you are bonafided!
You also are an alum of a school that very well might beat the same team for the 3rd year in a row in the same regional. My wife lost ALL sense of humor when she figured out UVA and MSU were in the same bracket again.

potbunker Back is good, Steve. PT and daily exercise is working. Played Friday afternoon with my boss and kapoord75 at Pine Trace. Would have asked you but I knew you would be working. Shot a smooth 92. It was great to be out, regardless

Thanks for the thought, but even though I did have last Friday off, I don't have any irons..........again.
Driver, 7 wood, wedge does not work for most holes. LOL Way too early to start my season anyway.
