Unless it is "permanent" you cannot use a marker that "could" be removed during around. How stupid is that?
Another one I like is removable weights. They must be designed to have to be removed by a "special tool" i.e. something that you wouldn't normally carry on your person like a coin or spike wrench. So, you keep a special tool in your bag or on your person. If a person is going to cheat and change a weight during a round what diff does it matter what tool design it makes?
