If it was pronounced, sure. Although woods are built with bulge and roll, so there must be a reason. But if you look at my 6i picture, the amount of bulge in the hitting zone is really, really minor. It looks like the toe area (off the grooved area) falls off a bit. I don't see any way the amount of bulge in the hitting area on that one makes any difference whatsoever. And like I said before, 7 of my 8 heads look perfectly flat.
I'd say that in the grand scheme of setup, alignment, grip, swing, clubpath in/out, clubface open/closed, if my wife is messing around, etc., there are probably 20 things that I am going to worry about before that 6i face bothers me.
