Las Vegas course suggestions

Best part of my wife's job...her conventions and meetings are in good places for golf! And I'm the tag along. So she's got one middle of September for a couple days, saying at The Bellagio. What's around there for courses? I have my pro here at work set me up and I rent. Love something scenic.

You have to check, lots of Vegas courses close in Sept and October for overseeding. I'm going in Sept also, and a lot are closed.

Off the top of my head ,nice Vegas area courses I've played are The Badlands, Primm Valley, Coyote Springs (tough). Check Golfnow, they have some deals, as does Tee OffTimes.com Another nice, cheap course was Boulder Creek, not the Boulder City course, we played it for $34 and it had the best greens we played all week. It's on Golfnow or Teeofftimes.com

Damn Steve, that looks nice. When I'm out there I love playing those desert courses with he mountains in the backdrop.
I was reading that because the Bellagio is an MGM affiliate hotel, I could play Shadow Creek...for $500...and a caddy. BUT, there is a limo ride there and back....which would probably cost me up in tipping the guy! The funny part is I have no desire to play it. Wynn trucked in trees not native to the area....looks more like playing around home! There are a couple more listed on the hotel website, Dragonridge and Reflection Bay. I like yours and Dragonridge so far.

Wolf Creek in Mesquite is 1½ hours from Vegas but worth the drive.

Wolf Creek is the greatest scenic course I've ever played. Pricey, but worth a one time shot.
