I've been to Texas and had some of the BBQ sauce from Rudy's... and while it's very good, it doesn't have that "I have to have it on evertything" flavor (to me, at least - my son will eat it on almost anything).

I like a thick sauce, one that will stick to your ribs as you eat. Same with spaghetti sauce - I cannot stand a thin marinade!

Everybody and their brother has a BBQ sauce. The other day I stopped by the BBQ sauce department in the local Albertson's.......I got so confused as there were so many............I passed on all of them.

If I were going to get in that end of the BBQ sauce marinade business I would make one with no sugar or quite a bit less! That would separate you from the pack. All the ones I looked at had 28 grams minimum...that is alot of sugar!

If it's just another BBQ sauce/marinade...your Uncle would be wise to save his money. He will not make it. I wish him luck....but, no way! Tell him to take my advice and shoot for the NO SUGAR route...trust me here. No one is doing that! He'll make it that way.

But, again...good luck. Whatever route.

When I was young, everything was the more the merrier. Now, everything in moderation is good.

Been sick like a dog with the super bug for 4 days now, the worst seemed to be over. Man, I felt like dying the second and the third day. when my eye balls hurt, that meant bad news. Diaphragm and lower ribs were sore from coughing, no apatite, kidney felt like over worked....... never felt this bad in my previous 6+ decade . I guess the virus is different these days.
Or maybe like my wife said, I am just older now. Think I got the bug from a few of my clients just came back from the SE Asia.

What to do...had to make a living, can't refuse to see them before the one month incubation period.

R....it also says on label..........32 servings (or whatever) per bottle, etc. The least I saw was 12 servings per...i.e. 28 grams of sugar per serving!
