rsvman Yeah, I basically had 2 putts on each. One 14, my first was from about 1" into the fringe so it didn't technically count as a putt. I putted it to about 3' and sank the putt for bogey. On 16, I pitched from about 25-30 yards away and left it at like 2-3' from the cup. Stupid thing broke like 4" in 2'. Never dreamed it'd break that much. I was playing dead center of the cup and just missed.
That par 5 is about 550-560 yards. I played the 19° Hypersteel for the tee shot and 2nd shot and left myself about 185ish into the wind. Pulled it and hit a little fat with the 4i hybrid and ended up well left and about 10 yards short of the pin, maybe only about 5-10 yards short of the green. I guess the Hypersteel 1-2 punch will be a dedicated part of my gameplan on that hole for the foreseeable future and since I'll likely not play that hole more than about 4-5 more times, in my life, I'll probably never play it any other way.
On the, par 4, 14th, I hit Hypersteel off the tee as well, but I left it a little further right than necessary and had a tree blocking my line to the green. Hit an 8i to about 40 yards away and pitched up to the fringe. I think Hypersteel off the tee is the ticket there as well. Just gotta try to place it a little better.
