Jesus was more than a little peeved at the Pharisees for that reason. If your morals come from God, then it is up to you to live up to them, not someone else.

You are right about hypocrisy. These politicians are almost all hypocrites. You say something bad about one of my guys and I’m flabbergasted, but 2 days from now I’m going to say the same thing about one of your guys. Just like, when my party President does something it’s the greatest thing ever. When the other party President does the same thing it’s unconstitutional.

I said it in a prior post, but it is sad that “acting presidential” will no longer have the meaning it used to.
