There are over 2000 ships " on hold" . Others have abandoned the wait. And there are as many as 600 ships simply just left there
normally 150-200 ships pass each day but Iran has been selectively allowing only between 5-13 and only to/from Nations with no hostile activities. ....ie: no US or Israeli
they are also collecting hefty tariffs ( reportedly in up to 2 million of $$ from those that pass.
the kicker is that Thanks to the dumb and dumber ( Bennie and Donnie) even when the war is finally over it is going to take many months to clear that and upwards of 1 year to get things back to "normal"
