Jelopster I thought I might feel that way, but at this point, I donβt see a reason to complicate the game. If anything, I wish I had stumbled on the concept in my younger years when I did play daily, it might have helped me simplify the game and score better then. I was really long off the tee at one point and my iron game was always pretty mediocre to average at best. With a consistent mid iron game, I think I could have scared par a lot more often back then. The fact is, SL has been good enough to win Majors, I donβt half of that game, so I donβt need to make it harder on myself.
I have the Wishon EQ1, the long irons are really easy to hit and sorry to say anything bad about the Pinhawks, they are fantastic, but I can squeeze more out of the Wishonβs for top end distance. I always built my wedges a little longer than standard anyway, so itβs not all that different to me. I can always choke down if I want, I used a no taper grip, so it allows me to make more stuff up if I want.
