johnnydoom You are finding the same things from the ball as other 'similar' players do/have. From my experiences and what I read online.
The ball as it was sold is a legal USGA approved ball. So were the original Kirkland balls. Then someone (SBC Global??), somewhere along the line decided to change them, and they were shit. Let's hope this is not what is going on now with these being OOS & prices going up.
I do agree with all the 'experts' that have tested them....they are not for the higher swingspeed crowd. Yes, they will go just as far as any. But the iron play is much different. I let Jake use 1 last round. Hammered it off the tee as normal. But his 1st iron shot flew the green by several yards, and he is not one to pull the wrong club, & knows his distance per iron. The look on his face๐!
There are a lot more of 'us' out there playing than there are those 'experts' or their swingspeeds. jmo
