Zero Torque Putters

Who has tried/ uses one? Does it work? Did you adjust your stroke as recommended?

I'm not sure I am either. I find I have to putt differently with it. I am using a press type grip so maybe that's part of it, but I find I need a lighter grip with it. With the lighter grip I feel like I have less control and I think I'm making a longer backstroke and then sometimes I'll decel in my thru stroke. Once I get going with it I putt really well (maybe better), but I probably need to fully commit to it or let it go.

Yep, the key seems to be to use light grip pressure - throughout the stroke and NOT try to guide or control
it. Let it swing. Just pick the line, judge distance and commit to whatever the outcome is. On the practice
green, try a lot of one hand, dominate hand putts and hopefully you'll get the FEEL or.....as you said " let it go ". 😉

Yes I agree. I am either not gripping light enough or I am using a light grip, but then making too long a backstroke. I probably should put my normal Flatso 1.0 grip on and see what happens. When I forward press that seems to help me shorten my backstroke, but I can't really do that with the press grip installed. I feel like these little things shouldn't make a difference and I wonder if someone put a pea under my mattress would I feel it? 🤔

Just by putting this club together my putts per round went down!

The 5.1 * of toque was not noticeable….sorry LAB and fLAB😎

Soft feel for sure but it was not too soft. This is the .5 heavier version. My brothers LH (not the .5) felt softer to me.

Definitely could get used to it. Trimmed it right at 34”. The shaft lean is definitely noticeable. Looks odd especially with it pointing more towards the middle of the head. You get over it.

Headcover is nice despite being way too busy.

I also reviewed their “Best Mallet putters 2025” article and see that my Spider Tour ended up low on the totem pole for their “Puttview” handicap ratings…good thing that Tommy Fleetwood & I both know how to putt with this piece of junk 😜

Kudos are in order for the Wilson Buckingham…as many have stated here on GB before…those Infinite putters are underrated…value proposition is high 👍🏻

Mine evidently wasn't designed to roll the ball in the hole

Not sure about all the new toys, but I will take my Bulls Eye out if the putting green is not closed. It sure feels no torque to me. The OEM corded grip shows sign of hairline crack but it is functional, not sure if I want to put a new grip on it. No OEM NOS I could find to replace it.

Might have to get one. Can practice my putting for 4-5 months. Should be able to make every putt. Have a green right across my road. This isn't a luxury area. Road was dirt when I built my home. Question is 2.0 or 2.5? How to choose?

I don't think they make the 2.0 anymore.

garyt1957 They still have the 2.0 but only in an ugly soft blue color, the 2.5 is still order now get it in a few weeks. I'm waiting for 2.5 I ordered some time back. Suppose to ship out next week. Probably change my mind by then and never hit a putt.🙃
