johnnydoom I've used it regularly for a while now. I always heard it was good for building muscle, but not really needed unless you were a pro bodybuilder so I never bothered. Later I read it was good for all sorts of things including brain health. For quite a while I took the standard teaspoon dose daily and I can't say I felt any change.
Recently I started taking 2 to 4 X that on days where I didn't sleep that well and I swear I was able to focus better at work. Maybe all in my head, but I've read there are some studies now showing just that. I've also read that you should take the powder and most creatine gummies have nothing in them. I have an electrolyte drink daily and I add it to that. I used to add it to my coffee as it's tasteless, but then read coffee counteracts it....who knows?
