So. These are the real deal. HOWEVER, I think that they are heads that have been culled from the herd as being either slightly cosmetically challenged or out of spec. The resellers get them and just glue shafts into them.
The lofts and lies were pretty good, but the weights were off enough to be rejected on some of them.
First off, I bent them to my specs and then extended the steel PX shafts to get to my playing length. Didn’t like that. Too heavy for me. Pulled them apart and pulled my gamers apart. Put my gamer graphite shafts into the 790’s. Night and day. I really like them. I had to play around with tip weights etc to get them to a progressive swing weight.
Have played several rounds with them and feel they are definitely better than my KE4 max.
When they hit the sweet spot there is no feedback. Just pureness
Would I do it again? Yes. Though I would buy two sets and mix and match then sell the other set cheap
I also bit again and bought a 430 Max 10k with a Ventus Blue 6S. We shall see when it gets here in a week
