Typhoon I don’t know what he paid but probably too much.
He paid $175. The guy was pretty tricky with any pictures he posted as his hand was always in the way of the dent. He had it listed as "in great shape" too! No mention of the dent. And it is pristine minus the dent.
It's funny how he didn't notice it nor did I. When he showed it to me I gave it the waggle, noticed how nice the top line and face looked and that was it.
He called the guy back and gave him the business and the guy was willing to take it back but he settled on a $100 refund so he got it for $75. He was fit at PXG for that exact driver/shaft combo and got great results so he figured it was worth a try rather tahn spend $450 new.
