I'm not familiar with most.
What's the weight on the Regular flex LA Golf Trono?
On the Senior flex LA RXR golf shaft the 45 gram would probably be my choice as two of my baggers, Titleist TRS1 and Ping G400 LST use 45 gram Senior flex shafts.
In holding the LA golf 45 gram RXR
how does it feel compared to the LA golf Trono in Regular flex as to stiffness.
Is the RXR noticeably whippier.
In reading about those 2 shafts, the ball flight of the Trono is more like the Driver shafts I'm using.

Without the RXR being built and not installed, it would be hard to compare "whippiness" to the Trono.

I can tell you that the Trono would be the stouter of the two. And more expensive.

If you're looking for a more flexible shaft, I'd consider either the RXR.

If weight is more important, go with the RXR 45gm.

The Trono is 55gm as is one of the RXR.

Bravopilot beastie is still in the shop.
I wish it was a $5.00 part. This last Monday I got the call that the computer died. They found a place that does rebuilt computers, a full plug and play set up. Quoted me $2500.00 for everything done so far, and the computer installed, time frame is 7-10 days to get the computer. I'm praying that the computer is the only problem with my baby, and no more expensive parts.
Then again, in the grand scheme of things, $2500 isn't exactly expensive, and there is no way I'd ever be able to replace her for that.
