I've had this putter in the bag for about 4 1/2 months now and freaking love it! My golf swing has been a struggle all year, but at least I'm not adding more strokes with poor putting.
Two things I struggle with most are alignment and ensuring the face isn't open or closed at impact. This putter is easy to align and suits my eye very well. It stays very stable during the stroke, making it seem more resistant to twisting. The result is I'm not missing nearly as many 2.5-5 footers. It's nice not to feel pressure to hit the first putt within 2 feet to ensure a 2-putt.
One thing I was a little worried about is the weight. (The head weighs 387 grams.) It felt a little heavy at first but I got used to it quickly and now I'm thinking it contributes to the stability. The milled face has a fairly soft feel. No need for an insert.
