I think the 455 DB was a good driver. I also liked the BOM. I had an Alpha for a while, and I hit one of my longest drives ever with that club, but it wasn't as consistent as the others so I sold it.
To ME, and in MY hands, with MY swing, the Wishon 919 THI is superior to any of the others I mentioned above. I don't really know exactly why. I know it has an insanely high MOI, and that may account for it. I really like the way it sounds, too, so maybe it's more about confidence over the ball than about differences in the heads.
I believe that any of the drivers I mentioned in this post are either as good or nearly as good as newer drivers that cost $400 to $500. Still gaming the Wishon, by the way, and I still have the BOM in my garage just in case. (insert winking emoji here)
