TheBlade gllama I've gotten several Cobras from ProClubs on their ebay site. Condition is usually better than stated. Aerojet is a good deal. I'd stay away from the LS in the Cobra models though. The regular or max is my recommendation.
garyt1957 TheBlade I'd stay away from the LS in the Cobra models though. I've been looking at those, available cheap. Too low spin or too unforgiving?
ode gllama Ping G400 ....I would not consider it a smaller head profile....might be the only draw back.......that being said I think you would get over it quick!
gllama Thanks everyone. I pulled the trigger on a new Cobra Aerojet (standard) driver with a regular flex Mitsubishi Kai' li' shaft. I got it for under $170. It was between the Cobra and the Ping G400. We'll see how it works next week...
rsvman2 gllama It's a great shaft for me. I have no idea if it will work for you or not, but it's a quality shaft.
Par4QC gllama I'm using the Red 50 in a driver and just changed my 5wd. to the Red 60. Both R flex. Excellent shafts, but the red is a bit softer tip/higher launch, iirc. It has completely changed that 5wd. into something I can now actually hit.
