azgreg sdandrea1 For me it was a 5i to the fairway and then a pw to the 10" deep gulch surrounding the green.

azgreg Got a cool event coming up this weekend. Our chapter, West Valley AZ is playing the Las Vegas chapter in Parker AZ in a Ryder Cup style match. We're playing Emerald Canyon Golf Course. We call the event "The Battle of the Bridge". We used to play it at Lake Havasu.
azgreg I have a tournament tomorrow, The FU Open, and Coldwater Golf Course. I like the course but the practice area is pure garbage. So, I'm going to stop at another course on teh way and use their facility to warm up.

garyt1957 sdandrea1 It's a nationwide club. I get that, but it looks like the Championship is Nov 10 and 11 in Vegas. Certainly 395 players aren't competing those two days? It would take 5-6 courses to accommodate them. Are they playing local qualifiers?
