sdandrea1 Remember my story/pics of our builder laid sod last June? No irrigation system, then 2 weeks of near and over 100 degrees heat. Fast forward to today, post irrigation install and Fall season aeration, seeding and composte. Gonna hit it again this fall to fill in the bald spots. Gotta contractor coming Wednesday to regrade the 2 step/level between the yard and the river so we have a gradual graded walk down to the water. Application for the dock is in process, but it's a slow one.
