TS3 vs TE+

Rather than get lost in one of the other Maltby iron threads I thought I'd start a new , focussed one. I have played two earlier versions of the TE including the DBM but not the TS3. Has anyone tried both, particularly in the 6,7,8 irons? How close are they in performance, particularly on hits towards the toe?

I have never played any of the TE versions… but I can say that thus far I have been pretty damn impressed by the forgiveness of the TS3 on strikes toward the toe…at first when looking at the iron one maybe wouldn’t think “forgiveness” but there is something in the design that works good. My normal mishits are towards the toe from center and the results have been better than I ever expected.

bad9 I haven't tried the TE+ yet, but the TS3 is great. Also love the TS1-IM.

There have been some comparisons on the GolfWRX and MyGolfSpy Maltby forums and it's been very positive for both heads.
