KCee this is where I see the fit, I have days when the driver is the best club in the bag and on those occasions, I’ll deal with the occasional foul ball. However, a lot of days a 3 wood makes more sense off the tee, BUT I have a tendency to pull up on it and hit garbage shots, so I have to be swinging well to get much out of the 3 wood, so a larger 3 wood is really my desire. That makes the mini driver appealing to me. I hit the 3 wood off the deck maybe 2x a round and it’s not much longer than my 18* hybrid so I could go without one pretty easily.

ptjn1201 I carried a Callaway Hawkeye _300cc with some extra weight in the head, at 43.5 inches and a number of other drivers with it for a couple seasons.. it worked as a mini driver per say, I just never did like the feel of it.

Callaway is at 340cc.
Titleist is at 280cc.

jmo.....they do not make clubheads that you cannot use/hit.
And if they 'think' they are swinging XXX MPH, and need an X shaft....they do not know the 1st thing about golf clubs. And have very piss poor fitters.

I could play an X shaft myself. Why don't I???🤔
