backinit hahahahaha, Yeah they are. Or people are just shittier at aiming than they used to be.

Every damn morning on the news you hear how some family is walking, holding signs for someone , ANYONE to do something to end the senseless violence.

And nothing has happened since I was in grade school.

There is nothing wrong with Chicago that another fire couldn't fix.

One snowbird is late coming back is all it is.

SMT May we assume that could be attributed to a few people killed this year.....that did some killings last year?

    Makes sense. To me.
    It is Chicago, correct?

azgreg hahaha, I have been watching and listening to the same, brutal rhetoric for over 50 years. They have zero chance on fixing it. It is like the Chicago Teacher's Union. Begging and fighting for a new contract every 15 minutes.

Running out of people to kill?
I lived in Des Plains, Il. 1968 i think, when I was already halfway thru 11th grade, one of the 6 High Schools I went to (real fun). Used to go downtown Chicago. It was safe then, I think.

Chicago does not exist in a vacuum. With no background checks required for private sales of long guns and hand guns in neighboring states, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa and Missouri, everyone from Illinois has unfettered access to guns.

I'm sure the killers are just passing their guns back and forth amongst themselves, to avoid background checks, ya know. Shithole.

It's all fixable, but I really think many don't want it fixed.
