There is a youtube from 2nd Swing where they test “Old”clubs v new, and when they did the M2 v Stealth2, the guy was shocked that the M2 gave better #s. The tester was clearly surprised, and even said he might have to put this one in the bag.
FWIW, the adams hybrid also held its own vs the most recent model they tried

😄Yeah, and you already know this from what I read in your driver review post.
I only look for 1 thing when using new drivers, just as you must have been.....how far? I don't give a crap about any spin/launch/carry/rollout numbers/forgiveness. I want the truth!!....How far??

I played a 455DB the last round last year. On 3 holes I hit the longest balls of the season, on those holes. 50° and windy, wet.

Similar results here. Years back, I tried the M2 vs the 455db for Senior LD. The M2 was very good, but the 455db was consistently longer for me. YMMV. 🏌️‍♂️

Eguller I had a Harrison Striper J in this one. I'm going to put a shaft in that is much more suitable for me and play it a bit this season. Might have to do a re-shaft on the Indio I did so well with a few years ago also.
Not much new that is going to impress me this year.

Hammer4413 What shaft is in it?

            You're waaay too slow.

ode an extra $12 shipped Max!

Sounds like it might have already sold last night to someone more local to the seller

One of my old reliable club models that will never be sold. I have the driver, 3HL, 5HL and a 7W. I've never even used the 7W. That said, eguller has me intrigued I have a couple 455DBs here too, so I'll need to build those up for a little comp.

All I'll say is give 'em a chance when you can, for $75 bucks, I don't think you can go wrong...

              👍. Old fashioned shootout. 🏌️‍♂️

Nat no shock to me on the M2 or the Adams. I know I’m not exactly up to date on equipment these days, but I have yet to find anything that was actually better than the Adams pro I have from 10 years ago and they only narrowly beat out the Cobras from 10 years prior to that. In fact, I still LIKE the Cobras better, but the Adams fly lower and are hotter, which is why I bother with them anyway. I want something I can control the height of and a lot of spin is not my friend. I’ve tried to find something better a number of times and I continue to find, there’s nothing that’s much if any longer at all, the ball flight tends to lean towards too high and I’m not seeing much difference in forgiveness, so what’s the point?

Driver wise, I still argue there isn’t much difference in MY HANDS (or any amateur really) until you put a decade of technology between them. Obviously fit is huge, but past that, the differences aren’t that spectacular.
