candukid azgreg I have a dehydrator and occasionally make jerky. It’s fun experimenting with different flavours. Inside round steak works the best since very little fat. Fat goes rancid quicker.
PA-PLAYA azgreg I really like Chef John from FoodWishes, and I'm thinking about giving this a try. Doesn't look like you need a dehydrator to make it.
