Standing taller without changing length will indeed push the toe down, which results in the need to make the lie more upright to return to the same effective lie as you had in your previous stance.
Likewise, lengthening the club without changing stance will raise the toe up, which results in the need to make the lie flatter to return to the same effective lie.
If you are standing taller AND adding shaft length, you may not need to do anything at all. I'd be more concerned with the club being wicked heavy before you are worrying about lie angles.
Mizuno makes "B" heads that are lighter to accommodate longer lengths.
