Yes, privately owned franchise with some corporate oversight. The owner of this store will haggle with me but his employees stick with "the rules" (whatever they may be) when he's not there.
I feel pretty bad for this guy. His daughter works at the store between college semesters and she's a solid young lady.....good raisin'. He supports local sports teams. Really nice guy with a wife, two kids to support. I hope his insurance covers his losses and he finds a new location.
