Shot in the Dark Paderson Shaft Trade

Very limited audience on this… maybe an audience of 1🙄. Anyway, I have a Paderson Velocity D20 flex ( regular flex) shaft with a Taylormade tip on it which I could remove. Driver length. I’m looking to trade it for the same shaft but I’m D30 or D30+ flex which is stiff or stiff+ flex.

Tcafla It’s great, just too flexible for me. I have a D30+ in another club and love it. Figured I’d try an experiment and try it in D20 for a little more kick. Too inconsistent with it.

Par4QC Looking at what they were using is what put me onto the experiment. But after talking to Berkshire at a demo event last spring they tip them a few inches.

Thinking more about this, I probably have a better chance of seeing God than have the trade work with anyone. I’ll just take the adapter off, tip trim it an inch or so and extend the butt.

What's the selling price on a D20 Paderson shaft?
I've got 3 different TM drivers and 4 different shafts from stiff to senior flex. Currently using a Fujikura Speeder in senior flex in my Sim Max 2 D driver.

Hammer4413 I didn’t look really. I checked eBay to see if I saw any of what I wanted but the prices were still too high.

Ever thought of finding the profile of the Paderson, then finding a shaft that is very close, if not the same, profile? It could be as much as 75% less money also.

Any shaft priced over, let's say $50, is overrated. And that is not just my opinion, I'm sure.

I know the profile but not all shafts with the same profile feel the same. This one is similar to some Fuji shafts…. Those do feel nice.

I get to hit the $400 shafts and they are no better than a UST v2. But…. I have to say the new Ventus shaft IS different. I never saw the claims of the previous Ventus shafts but last year I hit this new one and every ball was straight unless I really missed it. I’d still never pay the upcharge but it’s the only shaft I’ve seen a difference in.

Some, like the Paterson, feel better or worse and that effects how you hit it as well.
