sdandrea1 The gal that prepped me was very serious about her work. Then as she was leaving the room she leaned over and said....'there, got ya all warmed up'.🤣 I was still laughing when they came back in. She was a looker also.
sdandrea1 My doc is more concerned with CHANGES in PSA levels than he is with the actual score.
It was my 1st time doing that, having the PSA level checked. They said 'high', so doing as I do, I went online to read up on it. It's over what our age group is supposed to be, but I still wondered how the baseline should be set for ALL. Told them I wanted to do it again in a few weeks just to check 1-1, but they said had to wait longer. So now it's been over a year. Can't even get back in til 1/14. I've had no problems, so not much to worry about imo. The 'finger man' wanted to do a biopsy, I just flat refused, after we discussed what it would even show, if anything. Complications from the biopsy can be worse than cancer sometimes!!
I don't do a lot of 'doctoring', never have in my life. And everyone in my family are regular customers of their doctors, and have had many problems. Mom, sister, and a brother are gone and 2 brothers have had several problems with various bodily things. I only went because I had the hernia and wanted to play golf again. It's gone, I'm playing well, I'm good to go. Until I feel the need, and I feel fine, as I can feel at my age. Been a rough 3 yrs., so I chalk anything up to that. I'm just too f'n lazy, need to get off my ass and be more mobile/out and about.
