About 10 days ago I saw this and read the accompanying data. The takeaway was to make sure you do a very good job of understanding the risk involved as that typically is not communicated well or at all. Obviously prostate surgery or radiation is different that what you are considering but the underlying point remains. I hope your doctor does a very thorough job explaining the risks. Hopefully, you find comfort with proceeding and you get a new lease on life.
