Par4QC sdandrea1 I remember back in the late 60's/early 70's where people were taking pills that made them do things like that. We may need to do an intervention.
sdandrea1 azgreg Absolutely. I got in my own head and screwed it all up. Stop thinking. Always return to basics.
azgreg Had a great range session today. Good enough where some rando came over and started watching me. You know what this means right? That's right, I've got no shot in my tournament this weekend.
azgreg Just played in my last event of the year and had arguably my worst game. It was at a very hard course so there's that. Time to take some time and rebuild it. Start from scratch. GAP (grip, alignment, posture), etc.
KCee azgreg Start from scratch. GAP (grip, alignment, posture), etc. So what new clubs do you have your eye on? 😉
azgreg By the way, here's the course I played Sunday. Coyote Springs Golf Club about an hour outside Vegas.
darpar azgreg Played there many times, out in the middle of nowhere! Huge driving range from what I remember.
azgreg darpar Huge driving range from what I remember. The practice area is great except for being a mile away from the clubhouse.
azgreg KCee So what new clubs do you have your eye on? 😉 I'm just like Steve, I'm sticking with what I've got.
Par4QC azgreg Lucky you......I just finished that cup of coffee. Screen and keyboard are still dry!! 🤣
KCee azgreg I'm just like Steve, I'm sticking with what I've got. A very wise golf club salesman once told me that the clubs should fit your swing and not the other way around. Which is why I need many sets of clubs.
Par4QC KCee that the clubs should fit your swing and not the other way around. That should be a written rule somewhere in the book. Like you, I adhere to it even if it is not a rule. 😆If I played 7 days/week, no question I would need/have more clubs.
