Got my NuWave Bravo XL yesterday. Great documentation, quick start guide, detailed manual and a cookbook. I did my first cooking today. Friday is traditional pizza night so I did a Red Baron thin crust supreme. The unit will hold a 13" pizza. I preheated the oven to 450° which took a few minutes. When it beeped I popped in on the rack and cooked it for 12 minutes at 450°. I checked it at 9 minutes and turned the temp down to 420°. I pulled it out and put it on the flattened pizza carton to slice it. All I can say is WOW. The cheese was nicely melted and golden and the crust was cooked to perfection. This was the best box pizza I have ever cooked. And so easy peasy. All I had to do was wash the pizza cutter and spatula and toss the carton. No heating up the beast electric oven and heating up the house. I am really impressed.
