Stu1961 colej I’m gonna guess $30,000 I would go twice that just for the foam insulation. Maybe more depending on what type of insulation needs to be removed, and whether closed cell foam is used over open cell foam.
mulegolf Yipsy Here it costs around $1500-$3000 (for our approximately 1450 sq. ft. house) to have a company come to your house inspect and seal all entry points and create a way for the bats to get out of your attic but not be able to find their way back in. We did this about 10 years ago and it lasted pretty good but I think we may have some bats back again. My problem with the company was that they used clear silicone sealer to seal all possible entry points. I believe they used a poor quality silicone sealer that didn't "set up" quickly enough and ran down some of our siding. We didn't notice it quick enough and the silicone dried on the siding but not before attracting dust and dirt. Now we are stuck with dirty looking drips on our siding that seem to be impossible to remove. We are about to have new siding installed but cannot get a contractor until next spring. We've been trying to get a contractor do do this and some remodeling for three years now but almost none of the contractors in our area want to do remodeling. They are only interested in doing new construction and the few contractors who will do remodeling are so busy that it's extremely difficult to hire one. We finally got one a couple of weeks ago and he now has new windows and other items ordered for us. He thinks he will be able to possibly do all but the siding yet this fall but the siding and possible deck work will have to wait until next spring.
raggmann54 We had a "pastor" like that at our Church about 6 years ago. Make a long story short he was there about 8 months and thought the Church's assets were his to do with as he pleased. At a monthly Church board meeting he was asked some questions about some decisions he made without our input and money he spent on our credit card and we didn't like his answers...We took a vote and fired his ass...The Pastor may be Head of Staff and runs the day-to-day operations etc. but there is no Church I'm aware of where the Church Board doesn't control the purse strings and has procedures are in place for the business side of the Church.
