Have been purchasing a variety of items for over 2 years now without any problems whatsoever. I've bought knives, clothes, hats, golf grips and golf accessories, electronics etc. If I did not like an item upon receipt Temu has been quick to rectify the situation via refund or credit. For example I ordered 2 awesome Honma golf caps. They would not fit my big head. When reviewing the caps I gave it 1 star out of 5. Temu offered credit or refund. Credit is immediate so I chose that. As in the past Temu advised I could keep the caps. I'm not worried about spying etc. No more than agencies and companies within our own country do.
