Same here. I direct a division in which the next oldest person besides me is 20 years younger than I am, and most of the group are women between 26 and 30. While directing a division with 30 people under 32 has its challenges, it definitely keeps me younger (and in tune with up-to-date, social trends)

Nat it seems like most of the people I hang around with are younger than I am. Quite a few are also older. I enjoy playing golf with those older, they are less likely to bitch about bad shots, and they like the formality of the game.
The younger ones are enjoyable to play golf with because they don't truly stand on formality in golf. They make some noise, mess with you just because.

Unless your body truly warrants the extra nutrients in something like a multivitamin, it’s eating as natural as you can, limiting or eliminating preservatives, and adding in some stretching/yoga/etc. each day. Just my opinion. 👍🏼😊

Same for me. I take some supplements that seem to help me like Vit D, Magnesium, et al. I try to get regular exercise. Can't go running any more, but I can walk 18, lift weights and use the elliptical. I really need to start tracking calories again and lose some weight though. Definitely too many beers and bourbons after golf lately.

I use an elliptical and I lift weights about 3 times a week. I think positively most of the time.
I play musical instruments, study foreign languages, read books, solve puzzles, and do new things now and then to keep my mind active.

I do the Microsoft solitaire type puzzles online every day. Sometimes at various times, but mainly very late at night...1-2 a.m., when the mind is supposed to be tired.

And very seldom do I turn on the TV unless to view a game. Or horse racing.

Just Keep moving. Best advice I ever got from an elderly man years ago. It does not have to be in a gym either. I am 67, work still in a physically challenging profession (PTA in a hospital) and am on my feet all day. The walking, bending, and lifting has helped me stay strong and fit. Used to lift heavy years ago but I don't need strength, so yoga and stretching are more of my focus now.
