I have been going through Pirateship.
There was a package, two weeks ago that went UPS through Pirateship and it was damaged. I should say, beat to hell.
Sent in the claim and about a week or more, they credited back the shipping, $23.35.
I messaged them and thanked them for the shipping credit, but how about the damaged memorabilia and frame.
Today, they contact me again apologizing again, paid the claim for the piece and said, "we are also sending you an additional $10 for the delay that I experienced.
