Reminds me of when I sold my MGB years ago. The guy who wanted it owned a local dry cleaners. He was a little low on his offer so I had him throw in a few hundred dollars of dry cleaning in and then we had a deal. Very Seinfeld episode worthy, and it was BEFORE Seinfeld came out!
