NCAA tournament knock-out pool--any interest?

If we're just supposed to pick a team from round 2 regardless of whether they play Saturday or Sunday, I'm taking UCLA. If it needs to be a Saturday pick, I'm taking Purdue. So, I guess I'll take UCLA for Sunday.
rsvman I went conservative in the first round, so I'm going to go a bit crazy for this one.
I'll take Middle Tennessee to beat Butler. I'll probably live to regret this pick, but it is what it is,
It's a marathon and not a sprint. I'm thinking a delicate balance between conservative pics while gathering a few points along the way will result in the winner hoisting the mythical GolfBuzz Bragging Rights trophy in a couple of weeks. After this weekend, it will be tough to pick up points on the leaders, let alone pick the winners because the field contracts.
LBlack not going to continue to play, I guess?
I give. I forgot about it.
Wisconsin sends the defending champs and a 1 seed packing
Well, I pulled a Tiger. Dang it.
The rest of you, play on. After tomorrow's games I'll update the standings.
I'm out. Purdue shot the ball so well in the first half that their offense was unstoppable. Iowa State made a great comeback but fell just short.

The NW and Iowa St. comebacks were fun to watch, even though they both fell short.
Michigan, boom!
UNC gets away with one.

Games today have been really good....Oregon survives over RI, but barely.....and UNC and Baylor slugging it out
This tournament has been really entertaining so far. I feel like the games are better this year than in previous years.

Top to bottom I definitely agree. But, I miss the buzzer beaters - last second shots for the win that go down. The agony of defeat. That seems to be lacking this year but there are still a lot of games left with most of those too close to call there is so much parity.
There are officially 1 mid majors left, being cinci who is in action vs. UCLA as I type this...I suppose you could make the case Xavier is or was, but they are big league now that they are in the big east.....and cinci is hardly an unknown, they have been a good basketball school for long time, going back to Bob Huggins....,and they were in the Big East for several years until the league disbanded a few years back. Point being every team in the sweet 16 plus the current game yet to decide the last team in, are frombig boy conferences or are big time basketball ball schools. I suppose Xavier is a Cinderella being an 11 seed, other than that no Cinderellas....interesting tournament so far.
And although Duke busted my bracket, couldn't be happier to see them out. Hasta la vista
