Seem to be available to order from GW. Who's ordering one?

Nope! Going by the pictures online it looks like the Hyway and I did not like that one at all.
I actually bought this one (4 hybrid head) a little while back and it’s ridiculously good. I hit it so good it’s got me wondering why I don’t build a full set of them?!?! The short irons and wedges might not work out for me, likely why I have my doubts

colej I received my IST 4hy head yesterday and will play it today. On a Rapid Taper 75 A flex at 39". Purely on looks this is what the HyWay should have been. Much, much nicer head and face shape, big for a hybrid but a nice looking fairwayish head. 20g lighter and you could make some deadly small, utility fairways. Sometimes GW need to give us what we ask for.
KCee they missed the boat on the HyWay IMO......would have made more sense to offer it as a low lofted option vs the lofts they offered it in, basically a 7 and 9 wood is what they are but with a super deep face and essentially a fwy wood profile! 2 and 3h or 4w/6w lofts would have.been $ with those!

KE4 Tour TC Hybrid
Played again today and hit the ball better. In 4 shots I used the IST for I would consider all were acceptable. It was probably marginally shorter than the ST-H model it replaced but I did build it .5" shorter. Trajectory wasn't too high and it felt good. I really like the sound, much more muted than the Tour TC and the other KE4 hybrids I have tried. In think I'm really going to like this one.

colej I thought about experimenting shimming a wood shaft but I'm thinking the head weights are too heavy to make it practical, maybe with a really light shaft. I like that they made these heavier than their other hybrids but it does make this type of experiment less doable. The other factor is cost. Prices have gotten that it's harder to rationalize experimentation. If I could pick a head up cheap over the winter I do have Xcaliber SL FW and FW shafts I can experiment with
