We’ve had a Mitsubishi for years and it’s been great. No issue. I clean the filters, every couple years they come out and clean it too. We’ve had one “deep cleaning” that they do and they tell you when it’ll need it. Ours was not blowing really cold so they did it. That cleaning was amazing. We don’t use the heat , just the ac… love it
