Resale value between Maltby and a minor OEM like Wilson or Cleveland is negligible. The more significant difference other than appearance, thicker topline, sole, etc., is graphite to steel shafts. If you like the Recoil shafts in your PXGs, another option is to remove them and install in Maltby iron heads.

sukkeun I bought the TS1-IM set that Golfworks built and they have TT scores in them. They built them standard length regular flex. To me they feel closer to dynamic golds. I don’t feel that soft tip feeling you get with dynalites. That to me would be night and day difference between a 60 or even 70 gram graphite shaft. I only played them a couple rounds just due to weather and sloppy turf conditions. Looking forward to putting them in play soon

PXG 0211 irons are $99 a piece with lots of shaft offerings in that price. Just a thought.

The original TE Forged iron (still available) is the most forgiving head in a player's profile, ever. Old school lofts, great feel, really good sole design. I'm talking myself into another set.

I recently did that and bent them 1° week for better turf interaction.

My old set is bent in 6° gaps for a carry bag.

I am on my 2nd set of the original DBM'S. Played the 1st set for 6 years, switched to some TS1'S for 2 years and then went back to the DBM'S. Great irons.
