Short hitters on the pga tour are becoming dinosaurs, regardless of how straight they are.
Tiger could win on the Fogey Tour, if he was willing to tee off with less than driver, which I don't think he's willing to do. Plus, his current short game sucks from what I have seen lately.

Spuzz His putting has always been good, especially when it mattered most. I don't knlw how close he us to peak form aelt putting, but even his bad dais putting are pretty good. His chipping definitely fell off a cliff for a while, but like don't think he is still bottomed out there.

At the PNC (Father and Son) he was terrible in comparison to his bad days.
Charlie was better, from what I saw anyway.

One plus for Tiger is that I don't see him limping like he was doing for the past few seasons. It would seem some surgery has helped with that issue. A few 4 round tournaments will tell how much it helps.

sdandrea1 Surprising, with what we have seen from him on TV. Expectations were maybe a lot higher, with him being 15 now.
Maybe we just say....he ain't got the game Daddy had. Then let it go.

Plus, jmo, he looks to be quite 'bulky' for a 15 yr. old city boy. (ahem)🤔

backinit Let's wait 2 more (painful...for him and us) years. He moves into the 'carts' category in the '26 season. No vanity on that tour, so why not?

I noticed that he was limping a bit at the end of the second round. I think he still has the shot making but doesn't play enough to have that edge he needs to be competitive and can't play enough because of his issues. I am a Tiger fan but I see the end coming soon if he can't even make a cut. 😟

I thought he actually looked the best he has and that the warm weather agrees with him. It’s just too difficult of a setup for anyone not near the top of their game. Not sure if he can hold anything for 4 rounds even in the summer, but it would be interesting for him to try another warm weather opportunity.
