LBlack14 In case you are serious and actually want to know, dirty rice is a traditional Cajun dish. It's fairly spicy and very flavorful.
Onions, bell pepper, celery, ground beef and/or sausage, and Cajun spices. Pretty sure the original, 'real' dirty rice usually also had chicken giblets.
